I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose years of experience in psychiatric nursing have shaped the provider I am today. Caring for individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments has strengthened my clinical judgment, deepened my compassion, and taught me the importance of truly listening, advocating for my patients, and seeing the person beyond the diagnosis.
I specialize in eating disorder treatment, with experience caring for adolescents and adults navigating the complexities of these conditions. I also work with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic disorder, performance and social anxiety, and challenges associated with significant life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, including depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, mood changes, and the adjustment to motherhood. Life can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to live in survival mode, or silently struggle.
Through open conversations, education, and a collaborative approach to medication management, my goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, explore treatment options, and feel confident in the decisions you make about your mental health. Wherever you are in your journey, there is room for growth, healing, and change. You don't have to figure it all out alone. I look forward to being part of your journey and supporting you every step of the way.
