About

(pronouns: she/her/hers)
Hi there! I am an EMDR trained social worker who believes deeply in the power of working alongside clients to foster resilience, self-compassion, curiosity, and safety. I have had the opportunity to work with teens, young adults, and families who have a history of traumatic experiences, violence, and harm using trauma-focused psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapies, and strengths-based approaches.
In addition to helping people process through “sticky” experiences (aka those that just keep finding a way to pop up in your life) my work may also resonate with those who are looking for support with OCD, Anxiety, generational traumas, self-harm, life transitions, or finding a deeper connection to their value system. A guiding principle of my therapy style is honoring that all humans are drawn towards survival and healing and, because of this, we all exist with a deep well of innate resilience. I practice from a place of authenticity, which often includes joy and laughter, in the hopes of creating an environment of approachability and connection with my clients. I appreciate being able to be a part of your wellness journey!
