Hello! My name is Eleni Dakos, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Kenyon College. My interest in counseling sparked during my time as a collegiate athlete. I saw firsthand how mental health is often overlooked in the athletic world, and how many of my peers and teammates struggled with their own internal battles. These experiences fueled my passion to support others.

I am interested in working with teens, athletes, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, negative self-talk, and relationship difficulties. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely. In our work together, I hope to empower you and meet you where you are with understanding and empathy.
