I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to show up as your full self. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that feeling supported and being challenged can exist in the same space. I want clients to feel genuinely heard and understood, while also helping them recognize patterns, develop new perspectives, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Much of my professional experience has been spent supporting adolescents and families in school-based settings. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, family dynamics, identity development, and major life transitions.
I take a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, relationships, culture, and environment shape how they move through the world. My goal is to create a space where clients can be honest, explore what is and isn’t working, and develop tools that feel realistic for their lives.
Therapy does not have to feel overly formal or intimidating. I value authenticity, humor when appropriate, and genuine connection, while still creating space for accountability, reflection, and growth. Ultimately, I want clients to leave therapy feeling more confident in themselves and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
