About

Claire ibrahim, Lsw

pronouns: she/her/hers

I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, and life transitions, including end-of-life related issues. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing process. I have a special interest in relational trauma, self-esteem, and helping individuals build healthier coping skills and stronger connections with themselves and others.

I use a combination of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and interpersonal therapy depending on my client’s needs, and I also have experience with meal coaching/support around eating disorder recovery.
