As a therapist, I work with individuals who are looking to process emotions, make changes, and feel understood. We work together towards individual goals to support progress throughout each session. I am a therapist who believes that healing starts with genuine human connection. My approach is grounded in the person-centered philosophy — that means I see you as the expert in your own life, and I'm here to walk beside you as we explore where you are and where you want to go.

I specialize in somatic therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). These are powerful tools, but they’re not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll find what works best for you — whether that means tuning into your body’s wisdom, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, building emotional regulation skills, or processing deep-rooted trauma.

A special area of my practice is supporting postpartum moms who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the overwhelm that often accompanies new parenthood. This season of life can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging — and you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of your experience are welcome, and where healing can begin, at your own pace.

Our work together is a collaborative journey. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and we move at your pace. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, recovering from trauma, or simply feeling stuck and wanting more from life, I’m here to support you in uncovering the path forward — one step at a time. Let’s find that path together.
