I am a licensed clinical social worker, holding a master’s degree in social work and certificate in violence against women and children from Rutgers University. I have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT), and polyvagal-informed interventions and experience with a wide variety of symptom presentations such as PTSD and complex trauma, mood disorders, autism, ADHD, and personality disorders.
As a neurodiversity-affirming clinician, I approach therapy as a learning process, where we adapt interventions to your learning style, how your nervous system works, and what most resonates with you. The goal of therapy is not to fundamentally change who you are, but to find ways to navigate the world (including your own thoughts and feelings!) that actually works for you. Hint: That sometimes means accepting yourself as you are.
Are you struggling with managing procrastination? Navigating autistic burnout? Learning when and how to safely unmask? Managing PTSD symptoms, anxiety, or depression? Figuring out how to set boundaries? Working on self-love and self-acceptance? Then, I may be a good fit! Let’s do some great work together!
