About

Lillian fu, LPC

pronouns: she/her/hers

I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use, as well as those experiencing thoughts of self-harm or feeling overwhelmed during difficult periods. I also work with clients moving through major life transitions, including educational and career changes.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I integrate elements of existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing to help clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I view therapy as a space to explore both past experiences and future aspirations, while fostering deeper connection with oneself and the surrounding community.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges and grow with confidence.
