I am trained systemically and relationally as a Marriage and Family Therapist. This means that even when I’m working with you individually, I’m holding you in the context of your relationships—past and present—and your relationship with the world around you. I believe our struggles rarely exist in isolation, and that understanding relational patterns can be an important and empowering part of healing.

My clinical experience includes working with families, couples, and individuals navigating transitions, as well as clients processing grief, trauma, shifts within the family system, and emotional overwhelm. When supporting families, I often draw from a structural family therapy framework, paying close attention to hierarchies, roles, and boundaries within the family system. I’m curious about patterns—who takes care of whom, how responsibilities are distributed, and where shifts might help create more balance and support.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I don’t believe people can be fully understood through labels alone, and I’m intentional about not placing clients into diagnostic boxes. While diagnoses can sometimes be useful, they are not the focus of our work together. I care more about helping you make sense of your experiences in your own language, at your own pace, and in a way that feels accurate and affirming to you. My hope is to help destigmatize mental health by creating space for curiosity, nuance, and self-definition.

If we were to work together, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space—one where you are met as a whole person, not a set of symptoms, and where growth is guided by understanding rather than judgment.
