About
becky kestenbaum, lsw
I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate grief, loss, and life’s most difficult transitions. Much of my experience has been in medical and oncology settings, where I have supported patients facing serious illness as well as their loved ones coping with the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges that come with diagnosis, treatment, and end-of-life care.
My work has focused on helping people process anticipatory grief, adjust to chronic illness, and find moments of meaning and connection during times of uncertainty. I also have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults living with anxiety, depression, or caregiver stress, and I approach each client with empathy, warmth, and unconditional positive regard.
Drawing from both my clinical training and my background in the arts, I offer a strength-based and person-centered approach that honors each client’s story while providing a safe and compassionate space for reflection and healing.
